Step 1: Acquire a Windows 10 Pro OEM Key

Make sure you have a valid Windows 11 Pro OEM key. You can purchase this key from authorized retailers or directly from Microsoft. Ensure that the key is specifically designated for Windows 10 Pro.

Step 2: Back Up Your Data

Before making any significant changes to your system, it’s always a good practice to back up your important files and data. While the upgrade process generally doesn’t result in data loss, having a backup is a precautionary measure.

Step 3: Open the Settings App

Click on the “Start” menu and select “Settings” (the gear-shaped icon).
Alternatively, you can press the “Windows key + I” on your keyboard to open the Settings app directly.

Step 4: Navigate to "Update & Security"
